Bayside Residential Mixed-Use and Resort Complex
Role: Project Designer
This proposed mixed-use project responds to the programmatic need of addressing the two main and distinct edges of the site. On the city side, there are four towers containing 3 office towers and a tall 4-star business-apartment hotel. On the quieter lagoons side, there are 2 residential towers flanking the central 5-star hotel.
The project’s commercial podium provides connectivity between all 7 towers, which are unified as one integral complex through the use of automated, modular window shading systems that dynamically adjust to fit each building function. The total proposed development is over 5 million SF.
