This conceptual design study juxtaposes different curtain wall systems for each facade based on the project’s programmatic requirements.  To create a unified and dramatic façade facing the main street, structural glass fin curtain wall system was proposed for the main lobby.  To address privacy concerns due to minimum building setback from the future adjacent buildings, an intricately “woven” facade system, utilizing offset architectural metal mesh panels, was proposed for the side elevations.
