Iconic Office and Conference Hotel Tower Complex

In a gesture emulating rising glass fins soaring high up into the sky from the street, this conceptual 50-story office and hotel tower proposal overlooks the pristine Arabian Gulf and breaks away from the conventional orthogonal urban city grid.

At its base, off the main arrival area, the fin geometries splay to create a grand 8-story atrium space. On the other end of the building, the fins surround and elevate partially over a small adjoining park to create an outdoor urban enclosure and to provide solar protection for the users.  The proposed project program also includes a detached modern mosque structure.
