Proposed Cruise Terminal & Historic Zone Redevelopment Master Plan
Role: Project Designer
This concept master plan design explores the expansion of an existing cruise terminal site with the goal to triple its capacity in the next 5 years. The 220-acre waterfront peninsula site is located next to a historical area that has been under active restoration and preservation for the last 20 years. The main intents behind this proposal are to create a synergy of uses and to expand new commercial mixes, hotels and residential communities into the direction of the historical town.
The total construction area proposed is approximately 11 million SF.
