Sand Dunes Resort Hotel and Residential Island

Role: Project Designer

This proposed resort island is highly exclusive and is only accessible by boats and helicopters.  The inter-connected structure contains a 5-star hotel, 20 super–deluxe residential units, gourmet restaurants, boutique retail, and entertainment venues that make this island a year-round resort destination for the very elite.

The ultra modern 120-room 5-star hotel has a large health spa facility outfitted with the most advanced technology and equipment in the field of rejuvenation science and weight loss.

The “solar veil” over the complex and geo-thermal loops integrated into the island foundation will provide renewable energy to help minimize carbon footprint for this development.
