The Residences at Future City - Villa and Residential District

Role: Project Designer

The Future City master plan allocates over 100 acres for high density residential and private villa developments.  The exclusive cliff villa neighborhood is intended as one of the most private, secure and exclusive addresses in all of Navi Mumbai.

Flanked by forest preservation areas and located adjacent to the cultural museum and wedding venues of the development, the modern residential tower district orients all the buildings to maximize their views to the natural environment.  The raised podium allows for the development of green urban parks where residents gather as a community and where children play in a safe and controlled environment.

This winning consortium entry was selected by CIDCO in early 2010.  Working in collaboration with Ajit Bhuta & Associates (India), I was the lead project designer in charge of the competition design proposal.
