Corniche Museum and Hospitality Complex
Role: Project Designer
The unique location of this proposed conceptual waterfront project required the development of a 150-room boutique hotel with a large flexible venue that could serve as an 80,000 SF museum.
The programmatic duality created a unique opportunity and challenge. The intersecting, double boomerang design provides access, circulation, and separation of uses and creates a distinctive, yet unified building structure.
This concept design proposal was showcased in the book titled “Superlative Emirates: The New Dimension of Urban Design” published by DAAB in 2011.
