Jeddah Mixed-Use Development Concept Study

The main goal of this concept proposal was to create a balanced mixed-use development that would provide a synergy of uses while not competing commercially with the two large adjoining shopping malls across the highway.

The rectangular-shaped site is located at the center of four main road intersections, and is the ideal location for a commercial hub containing hotels, residential and office towers.  High-end commercial retail and restaurants provide podium connectivity between the towers.  The site and program options developed during the early visioning sessions included large conference halls and flexible multi-use venues for indoor concerts and sport tournaments.
